1. About This Policy
Ryvion Technologies Inc. ("Ryvion", "we", "us") is a Canadian corporation headquartered in Ontario. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: Name, email address, and billing details when you create an account.
Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
Usage data: API requests, job metadata, token counts, and platform interactions. We retain job receipts (model, node ID, jurisdiction, timestamp) as part of our audit trail.
Operator information: Hardware specifications, IP address, geographic region, and uptime metrics for nodes connected to the network.
Inference data: Prompts and completions are processed on operator nodes and are not stored by Ryvion after job completion, unless you use the Knowledge Base feature (in which case uploaded documents and embeddings are stored as described in your Knowledge Base settings).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Ryvion platform
- To process payments and operator payouts
- To generate cryptographic receipts and audit trails
- To route workloads to the correct jurisdiction
- To detect fraud, abuse, and platform violations
- To communicate service updates and security notices
4. Data Storage and Jurisdiction
Our hub orchestrator runs in Toronto, Canada (Fly.io YYZ region). Database infrastructure is hosted in Canada. When you use sovereign routing, your inference workloads are processed exclusively in your selected jurisdiction. Standard routing may process workloads on operator nodes in any country where operators are registered.
5. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to:
- Payment processors: Stripe, for billing and operator payouts
- Infrastructure providers: Fly.io, Vercel, Cloudflare R2 for platform hosting
- Law enforcement: When required by Canadian law or valid legal process
6. Your Rights Under PIPEDA
You have the right to:
- Access personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent for data collection (subject to contractual and legal obligations)
- File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada
7. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 12 months. Job receipts and audit trail data are retained for 24 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
8. Security
We use Ed25519 cryptographic signatures, TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and role-based access controls. Operator nodes are verified through hardware attestation where available.
