Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the permitted and prohibited uses of the Ryvion platform, including the API, Knowledge Base, agent hosting, and operator compute network. It applies to all buyers, operators, and API consumers.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use Ryvion to generate, store, process, or distribute:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real persons
- Content designed to incite violence, terrorism, or hatred against protected groups
- Instructions for creating weapons of mass destruction (biological, chemical, nuclear, radiological)
- Malware, ransomware, phishing kits, or exploit code intended for unauthorized access
- Spam, fraudulent schemes, or deceptive commercial content at scale
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform to:
- Circumvent or disable platform guardrails, PII detection, content filters, or rate limits
- Perform unauthorized penetration testing or vulnerability scanning of Ryvion infrastructure
- Impersonate Ryvion, its employees, or other users
- Scrape, harvest, or collect user data from the platform
- Resell API access without written authorization
- Use the platform to violate export controls, sanctions, or embargo laws
- Conduct unauthorized surveillance or mass biometric identification
- Engage in market manipulation, money laundering, or financial fraud
4. Compute-Specific Rules
For Buyers
- Do not submit workloads designed to exhaust operator resources (denial of service)
- Do not attempt to extract operator IP addresses, hardware keys, or model weights
- Do not submit workloads that execute arbitrary code outside the sandboxed container environment
For Operators
- Do not misrepresent your node's location, hardware, or TEE capabilities
- Do not tamper with workload inputs, outputs, or receipt signatures
- Do not log, store, or exfiltrate buyer prompts or completions beyond what is needed for execution
- Do not run modified versions of the node agent that bypass verification
- Do not use the platform to mine cryptocurrency or run workloads unrelated to assigned jobs
5. Regulated Industries
If you use Ryvion in a regulated context (healthcare, financial services, legal, government), you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable regulations. Ryvion's audit trail and sovereign routing features are designed to support compliance but do not constitute legal advice or certification.
6. Enforcement
Violations may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account
- Forfeiture of remaining credits (buyers) or pending payouts (operators)
- Reporting to law enforcement where required by Canadian law
- Permanent ban from the platform
We investigate all reports in good faith. Automated guardrails may flag or block content in real time. If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, contact legal@ryvion.ai.
7. Reporting Violations
To report a violation of this policy, email abuse@ryvion.ai with the relevant job IDs, receipts, or account details. We respond to all reports within 48 hours.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification with 14 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
